First 30 days
Foundations- Establish executive steering committee for Unified Product Graph with CEO Deon Stander and CTO.
- Select Walmart RFID/Intelligent Labels as initial customer pilot.
- Inventory current product data sources: SAP ERP, Salesforce, Oracle PLM, legacy MDM, RFID Edge, and Data Lake.
- Define integration requirements and data contracts for SAP ERP and Oracle PLM.
- Set baseline for data freshness (currently 24 hours) and system integration (currently 6 systems).
First 60 days
Validate- Integrate SAP ERP and Oracle PLM into Unified Product Graph.
- Initiate data mapping and cleansing for Walmart RFID/Intelligent Labels SKUs.
- Establish automated data pipeline to reduce latency from 24 to 12 hours.
- Engage with adidas and Gap/Athleta digital teams to define requirements for future onboarding.
- Draft governance model for data stewardship and access controls.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Complete integration of Salesforce, RFID Edge, and Data Lake (total 11 systems integrated).
- Achieve data freshness of 6 hours for Walmart RFID/Intelligent Labels product data.
- Deliver executive dashboard tracking 'Systems integrated' and 'Data freshness' KPIs.
- Present pilot results to board; validate business case for expansion to adidas and Gap/Athleta.
- Define roadmap to reach 25 integrated systems and 1-hour data freshness by Q4.
