Foundations

  • Engage with adidas and Gap/Athleta digital teams to define requirements for future onboarding.
  • Draft governance model for data stewardship and access controls.

Decide & scale
  • Complete integration of Salesforce, RFID Edge, and Data Lake (total 11 systems integrated).
  • Achieve data freshness of 6 hours for Walmart RFID/Intelligent Labels product data.
  • Deliver executive dashboard tracking 'Systems integrated' and 'Data freshness' KPIs.
  • Present pilot results to board; validate business case for expansion to adidas and Gap/Athleta.
  • Define roadmap to reach 25 integrated systems and 1-hour data freshness by Q4.
