- Train line operators and quality managers on new vision system and revised SOPs.
- Begin weekly reporting of defect escape rate and customer claims for Walmart and adidas pilot products.
- Identify and address top 3 defect categories contributing to escape rate.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Expand Vision Quality Control deployment to second line serving Gap/Athleta.
- Review pilot outcomes: defect escape rate reduced to 0.8%, customer claims index down to 60 (assumed).
- Present interim results to board; validate business case for full rollout.
- Develop roadmap for scaling Vision Quality Control to all North America facilities, targeting 0.4% escape rate and 35 claims index.
