- Schedule executive alignment session with Walmart supply chain team to validate value proposition.
First 60 days
Validate- Deploy initial Digital Twin model for Miamisburg facility focusing on bottleneck lines.
- Integrate real-time data feeds from Siemens MES and OSIsoft PI into Digital Twin dashboard.
- Conduct waste mapping workshop with line supervisors and process engineers.
- Review first round of Digital Twin insights with pilot team; identify top 3 quick-win process changes.
- Establish recurring bi-weekly KPI review with COO office and plant manager.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Implement quick-win process changes; track impact on Capex success rate and Throughput.
- Present interim results to board: Capex success rate trending toward 75%, Throughput index at 107.
- Document lessons learned and develop scale-up plan for additional sites (assumption: Cramlington and Juarez).
- Engage with adidas operations team to explore Digital Twin co-innovation for their Avery Dennison-labeled products.
- Finalize business case for Digital Twin expansion, including projected ROI and recurring digital revenue streams.
