- Train maintenance teams at Walmart site on new predictive workflows and alerting protocols.
- Monitor real-time asset health and intervene on early warning signals to prevent breakdowns.
- Report interim OEE and MTBF improvements to executive sponsor; validate against baseline.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Expand predictive maintenance coverage to additional lines at Walmart facility based on pilot results.
- Quantify reduction in unplanned downtime and repair costs; target OEE uplift to 82% and MTBF to 160.
- Document operational savings and ROI for Walmart; prepare case study for C-suite review.
- Evaluate scalability for other named customers (adidas, Gap/Athleta, Burton Snowboards) and recommend next steps.
