Validate- Implement root cause analysis on top two yield loss drivers using SAP MES data.
- Pilot process adjustment on Gap/Athleta RFID label line to reduce defect rate (target: +4% yield improvement).
- Deploy operator training module focused on critical control points, tracked in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Review material waste streams with supply chain and procurement to identify 10% reduction opportunities.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Roll out successful process changes to all RFID lines at Miamisburg, targeting 96% first-pass yield.
- Validate material waste reduction to index 75 through monthly SAP MES and Power BI dashboards.
- Present quantified results and lessons learned to Deon Stander and the executive team.
- Develop scale-up plan for yield optimization to adidas and Burton Snowboards programs.
