- Refine DPP data ingestion from ERP (SAP) and PLM systems for adidas pilot SKUs.
- Develop dashboard in atma.io for real-time DPP generation and audit pass rate tracking.
- Initiate external compliance audit with EU regulatory consultant for pilot SKUs.
First 90 days
Decide & scale- Scale DPP generation to 100+ regulated SKUs across Walmart and adidas; drive monthly DPPs generated to 5M (10% of target).
- Achieve 95% audit pass rate for pilot SKUs; document root causes for any failures.
- Present interim results and roadmap to 50M DPPs/mo to C-suite; outline digital revenue opportunities from recurring DPP compliance services.
- Engage Gap/Athleta for next-wave DPP onboarding, leveraging learnings from Walmart/adidas pilots.
